This is an amazingly flavorful, inch-thick cut of pasture-raised, grass-fed wagyu beef. The cut is a favorite of steak lovers. The breed makes it sensational. Due to its rich marbling of fat, it is one of the most flavorful and juicy of steaks. There is a very small bone on one side of this steak.
